Our Story
Located in Norfolk, Cherry Tree Gallery places the home as the backdrop to its exhibition, enhancing the intimacy and humanity captured in the collection. Evoking the often ambiguous and subjective settings of Wright’s subjects, the homely feel of Cherry Tree Gallery provides an indiscriminate space, universally known, in which the paintings can be viewed not just as works of art but extensions of the home.
Curated by artists Paul Wright and patron Paul Timmerman, the works displayed in the gallery are available for viewing and purchase, and Cherry Tree Gallery offers a unique opportunity to envision how your personal collection will feature in the home.

Art Inspired by Cherry Trees
Since meeting in 2000, Paul Wright, an accomplished artist, and Paul Timmerman, long-time patron and investor, have established a working relationship built on a shared creative interest and vision for the future of Wright’s artworks. Quickly becoming an enthusiast for Wright’s paintings, Timmerman has acquired and displayed a number of works through the years. What started as a simple introduction quickly grew to be a now twenty-five-year-strong friendship, their vision culminating in the creation of Cherry Tree Gallery, housing an exclusive collection of Paul Wright paintings.
